The design for SAAR originated from Chef Hemant Mathur's Rajasthani origin combined with a French bistro influence. The intricate patterns on the walls and the vibrant colors of the space are reminiscent of vintage India and Mathur’s childhood memories in Rajasthan. These are interjected with luxurious metal accents to have a modern and eclectic vibe. The restaurant also features a lounge area in which to feel at home. Overall the design is intended to be comfortably chic.
