About

Prutha Raithatha has been part of the Architecture and Interior Design industry in the tri-state area for the past 20 years. She got her Bachelors in Architecture from Mumbai, India where she grew up eating mangoes and then a Master’s in Sustainable Design from Carnegie Mellon University, PA. Prutha then moved to Manhattan and started to work with firms that gave her experience in corporate interior design, commercial and residential architecture, restaurant and retail design. Prutha’s current focus is on corporate, hospitality and residential interior design.

Prutha’s design philosophy hinges around the idea of experimentation. Trying new concepts, patterns and colors that may not be expected but are yet intriguing is the ideal design to achieve. She loves collaborating with clients in understanding their vision and translating it into a fully resolved artistic version of it.

Prutha has been published in several magazines and blogs for her work in interior design as well as fashion including Interior Design Magazine, Convene blog, Archinect.com, Vogue, Cosmopolitan, BBC World, Grazia, to name a few.

Creating art through space design is important to Prutha. Happiness and joy is what Prutha strives to bring to her client’s spaces.
